There is something incredibly romantic about a horse and carriage - the slow glide of the vehicle along the road, the rhythm of the horse's hooves as they go ... horse drawn carriages can offer a distinctive way of accompaning any event. We offer our carriage services for weddings, corporate events, parties, proms, funerals and more.

For every bride who dreamed of arriving to her wedding in a truly elegant carriage, Antique Coach and Carriage offers their services to help create the romantic expression couples desire. Genuine Victorian carriages drawn by one horse are spacious enough to accommodate up to six passengers. You may select from an outstanding variety of styles and colors of carriages. We make every effort to coordinate our carriages and drivers with the color scheme of your wedding. All of our coaches can be completely open or with a closed top, completely enclosed with side curtains. With an appointment, you may come and view the carriages at our carriage house in Chicago.

We offer the following packages:
Victorian Wedding Package 1
The carriage arrives at the bride's home prior to ceremony time. The carriage will take the bride and up to 3 passengers to the ceremony site. The carriage waits through the ceremony then drives the bride and groom to their reception or nearby scenic photo opportunity, a total distance of up to four miles. You receive up to three hours of service. Any additional time will be charged at $50 per half hour.

Victorian Wedding Package 2
The carriage will arrive at the ceremony location near the end of the ceremony. The distinctive carriage awaits the bride and groom as they make a grand exit. Pictures are possible with the horse and carriage and then we transport the bride and groom to their reception site. You receive up to one and a half hours of service. Any additional time will be charged at $50 per half hour.

Horse and carriage are transported by truck and trailer within 100 mile radius. To ensure availability, reservations should be made in advance with a $100 deposit mailed or can be paid by phone with Visa and MasterCard. The balance is due when the carriage arrives, payable in cash, cashier's check, or credit card.
